مصادر خاصة لأخبار لبنان: السفارة الأمريكية في بيروت تحذر رعاياها وتمنع موظفيها من دخول كازينو لبنان في جونيه

حذرت السفارة الأميركية رعاياها وموظفيها في لبنان من زيارة كازينو لبنان برسالة حصلت شبكة أخبار لبنان على نسخة منها, وجاء في نص الرسالة:

“بسبب التهديدات المستمرة لمواقع مثل كازينو دو ليبان في جونيه، لبنان، منعت السفارة الأمريكية في بيروت أي تحرك لموظفي الحكومة الأمريكية لهذا الكازينو”

“كما هو الحال دائما، ستواصل السفارة الامريكية تقييم تحركات موظفيها، وتشجع جميع المواطنين الامريكيين على ان يكونوا على بينة من محيطهم المباشر فى جميع الاوقات، واتخاذ الاجراءات المناسبة لضمان سلامتهم وامنهم. وقد تحدث حوادث إرهابية دون إنذار يذكر. في حالة وقوع حادث أمني، تجنب المنطقة وارصد وسائل الإعلام للحصول على أحدث التطورات.”

وبناء على هذا التحذير الغت السفارة المكسيكية الاحتفال السنوي بعيد الاستقلال الذي كانت ستقيمه اليوم في الكازينو وفق ما نشرت على حسابها الرسمي في “تويتر”، وعزت الامر الى امور طارئة من دون ان تشير الى اي سبب امني.

وهذا نص الرسالة من السفارة الأميركية الى رعاياها:

Due to ongoing threats to locations such as the Casino Du Liban in Jounieh, Lebanon, the US Embassy in Beirut has barred any movement of US government staff to that Casino.

As always, the U.S. Embassy will continue to evaluate the movements of its personnel, and encourages all U.S. citizens to be aware of their immediate surroundings at all times and take appropriate measures to ensure their safety and security. Terrorist incidents may occur with little or no warning. In the event of a security incident, avoid the area and monitor the media for the latest developments.
